In 2007, the Myanmar Academy of Arts and Science took a significant step forward in achieving one of its principal aims and
objectives. It was able to implement its goal of providing incentives to scholars and researchers to engage in quality research work with the conferring of the Myanmar Academy of Arts and Science Award.
