Abstract

• ZnO plays an important role in many semiconductors technological aspects. In the present work zinc oxide particles were prepared by wet chemical method, using (Zn(NO3)2.6H2O) and (NaOH) with different concentrations (0.25,0.5,0.75, and,1)M and study the effect of temperature on the structures and particles sizes. ZnO nanoparticles synthesized with 1 M of NaOH at 80 ºC. ZnO particles were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS).
