Abstract

• In this study, Zinc Oxide (ZnO) thin films have been deposited by chemical bath deposition techniques on Indian Tin Oxide (ITO) glass substrate at 300oC and 400oC. Phase formation and crystal structure of Zinc Oxide thin films were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Results of the Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)) were indicated the morphology of the sample surfaces. The optical band gap of Zinc Oxide thin films were studied by absorbent data using UV-Vis Spectrometry.
