DYNAMICS AND SIMULATION OF THE GRAVITATIONAL COLLAPSE OF A NEUTRON STAR TO A BLACK HOLE
Abstract
- Using the highly non-linear differential equations, 3 +1 numerical relativity and TolmanOppenheimer-Volkoff equations, together with so called 1-log slicing condition (singularity avoiding gauge) it has been found that no real and coordinate singularity appears when the numerical simulations are carried out. Mass-Radius and Mass-Density visualization are implemented.
