A :   The System does not accept the application of changing the ship if it is made after date of departure. It could not be made after CLR is done.
Q :   Carrier code is wrong in ECR for LCL Export and it could not be corrected with ECR11. VAN and CYA are done. How can I continue?

A :   ECR in which carrier code is wrong shall be made for VAC and then carrier code shall be corrected with ECR11. Then VAA shall be re-applied.
Q :   Please explain how to use VAC (Vanning Cancellation) Service?

A :   (i) 1Container = more than one Export Control No. : If the cancellation would be made for container, container number shall be filled in VAC service but it is not required filling Export Control Number. (ii) 1Container = more than one Export Control No.: If one of the Export Control Numbers would be cancelled, Container Number shall be filled in VAC service and then Export Control Number to be cancelled shall be filled in Export Control Number. (Please fill in both boxes.) (iii) 1Export Control No. = more than one Container: If the cancellation would be made for Export Control Number, it is to fill in the Export Control Number of VAC service but it is not required filling Container Number. (iv)(v) 1Export Control No. = more than one Container: If one of the containers would be cancelled, it is to fill in Export Control Number of VAC service and then Container Number to be cancelled shall be filled in Container Number. Q :   Declaration is already made. Is it possible to correct when master AWB No. is wrong in CDB service?

A :   after declaration is cancelled, it could be modified deleted with CDD11.
Q :   How would the System perform if the business is not continued after ECR (Export Sea Cargo Registration) is made?

A :   One of the rest services (VAN, EDC, CYA) shall be done within a week. Otherwise, such ECR number could not be used.
