INVESTIGATING THE ROLE OF SnO2/ZnO BILAYER FILMS AS ELECTRON TRANSPORT LAYERS IN PEROVSKITE SOLAR CELLS
Abstract
- This study focuses on the structural, chemical, and optical properties of SnO2/ZnO films, prepared through sol-gel and spin-coating techniques on FTO-coated glass substrates. The research employs X-ray Diffraction (XRD) for crystalline structure analysis, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) for material verification, and UV-Vis spectroscopy to examine optical properties and energy band gaps. The presented approach demonstrates an efficient and cost effective method for producing approving SnO2/ZnO ETLs in perovskite-based quantum dot solar cells.
