This study uses a mixed-methods approach that includes quantitative spatial data and qualitative residents' perspectives to comprehend the perception of residents regarding public rental housing's opportunities and challenges. The study uses Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping to visualize and analyze the spatial patterns of public housing distribution in the city. Resident surveys provide a deeper understanding of how this distribution influences their overall well-being, including their lives, employment, transportation, community engagement, and access to education, healthcare, and urban development. The findings of this study have significant implications for urban planning and policy-making, guiding the enhancement of public housing strategies in line with the needs and preferences of residents. 2533 Soe Soe Yee1, Nang San2 A GEOGRAPHY ANALYSIS ON HEALTH CARE CENTRES IN MEIKTILA TOWNSHIP In this paper, the researcher tried to seek the Medically Underserved Area (MUAs) with the different variables in Meiktila Township. With the help of geographical representation method and the weighted score introduced by the criteria for designation as MUA, the MUAs of the Meiktila Township is defined. Finally, the necessary actions which should be provided for the remote rural areas are proposed. With regard to the health care centres, the numbers of governmental health care centres and the numbers of visited patients to the concerned health care centres are considered. It can be admitted that, the data relating to the private clinics or private hospital in the study area could not be taken into account as the necessary and reliable data are not available from those private sources. The rural areas do have fewer physicians, fewer medical specialists and fewer dentists than the urban areas. It is found that an adequate health care work force is important to the rural area in two ways. Physicians, dentists and other health care practitioners working in rural communities of the study area may earn less in the full-service hospitals and the medical staffs have less access to advance technologies. 2025

2536 Nu Nu Maw1 DELINEATION OF THE RELEVANT MARKET UNDER COMPETITION LAW IN MYANMAR* The economic system around the world is now interconnected and developed between nations. A sustainable economy is the key to ensuring human existence in the face of climate change, and it also offers economic opportunity. The business of Myanmar is more developed, and on the other hand, the risks of the enterprises are increased through unfair competition. All countries agree that competition should not only be free but also fair. Protection against unfair competition is an ever evolving notion that has to adapt to the evolution of trade, and the development of new principles and obligations for participants in the business environment. To prevent abuses of market power arising from monopolization or anti-competitive actions in a market economy, the Competition regulator shall be first to define the relevant market. The assessment of market/ dominance power is vital to determining the illegal influence of a firm or product in a particular market. Assessing market power is a fundamental tool for analysis of the anti-competitive agreements. In competition law, defining the market is a complicated procedure.
